The Role:
Manage a busy docket of commercial real estate matters with limited day to day supervision
Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing and related commercial property work for business clients
Draft and negotiate complex real estate and commercial agreements with strong commercial judgment
Advise clients on risk, strategy and practical solutions across their real estate portfolios
Collaborate closely with partners and contribute to client development and firm growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The firm is seeking aSenior Attorney / Associate - Law Commercial Real Estate Attorneywith:
At least 4 years of commercial real estate focused legal experience
Proven ability to independently manage transactions and related real estate projects
Active bar admission in Texas
Strong drafting skills and sound commercial judgment developed in a transactional practice
Comfort working in a remote environment with at least 3 days per week in office
$140,000 to $180,000 base salary depending on experience
Reasonable expectations at approximately 125 billable hours per month
