About the role

Job Description: The Service Technician role is an integral part of our operations as they serve as both the face of our company and are responsible for delivering the world-class service that our customers have grown accustomed to. Service Technicians are responsible for service calls and troubleshooting for a multitude of supported equipment such as ATM’s, ITM’s, Cash Recyclers, Cash Counters, Security Systems, Video Surveillance, and other bank related equipment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESIn order of importance – Include frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)Quickly respond to dispatched service calls, providing remote and onsite support to customers Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs efficiently and effectively Perform security system troubleshooting, maintenance and installation Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment Utilize customer relationship skills to maintain a professional image Maintain accountability for parts inventory and company assets Provide unequaled customer service All other duties as assigned.
