About the role

The Jackson Laboratory is seeking an Associate Director, Continuous Improvement to set the multi-year Lean strategy for JMCRS Operations and lead a team of CI Specialists across US sites. Up to 50% travel may be required to work with the team, with remote governance over on-site production teams in Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, Sacramento, Gainesville. Ideal candidates will have a strong Lean background, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a track record of leading enterprise-wide improvement
