Position: Administrative Support - Receptionist and Administrative Support Clearance Level: SecretPlace of Performance: Arlington, VA

Position Summary: Serve as receptionist and provide general administrative support for the client. Handle communications, scheduling, correspondence, supplies tracking, and office support duties while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Act as point of contact for phone calls, emails, and mail; ensure timely, professional communication. Maintain basic records of receipt, mailing dates, and required information for correspondence and packages. Coordinate appropriate mailing/shipping of packages and letters. Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments; greet high-level guests. Create and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. Track inventory of office supplies and notify the admin office when replenishment is needed. Provide general office support including administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and customer service. Maintain a professional reception area. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in office software and equipment. High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
