A leading global investment organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who enjoys serving as a strategic partner, managing complex priorities, and creating structure in a dynamic setting. You'll play a key role in keeping your executive organized and operating efficiently while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate a complex and ever-changing executive calendar Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries Plan executive meetings, leadership events, and special projects Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and other business documents Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners Anticipate challenges, prioritize competing requests, and handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives Prior experience in financial services, private equity, investment management, or another fast-paced corporate environment is a plus Outstanding organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with expense reporting and travel coordination tools is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
