Vice President of Quality (QA/QC)Greater Charlotte, NCWe are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to oversee all QA and QC staff for a growing manufacturer of pharmaceuticals and dietary supplement. The position has overall responsibility for Quality Assurance, & Quality Control / Analytical Development, including cross-functional work with leaders on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams.
The Role: Lead >100 employees across multiple local manufacturing sites; you will: Lead QA and QC operations across multiple manufacturing shifts Oversee regulatory and third-party audits, both planned and unplanned Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality systems Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, Regulatory, and Innovation Manage interactions with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and FDA inspectors Drive continuous improvement across the Quality organization Your Background 10+ years leading large teams with oversight of both QA and QCBackground in pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplement manufacturing (Animal Health experience is a plus)Regulatory and third-party audit experience; FDA and GMP experience is requiredBSc in a technical fieldSEEKING a Patient / Humble, Servant-Leader Compensation$250,000+ base salary + up to 20% annual bonus Full relocation assistance availableUS Citizen or Green Card holder required
