Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining sales through contacting current customers and potential prospects through cold calling and emails. A good ISR is familiar with and understands the language of sales. Those equip for this role also are excellent active listeners, and are motivated to understand the products/services being sold. Solid communication skills and time management are a must. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Contact potential prospects Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales executives Report to the sales Manager on sales results
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach. Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience working with a CRMSound understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Equal Opportunity Employer
