WA Role Overview: Client is looking for a TCE Program Manager to improve the overall customer experience across software, applications, services, and connected products. The person will evaluate the complete customer journey—from purchase and installation to onboarding, everyday usage, updates, troubleshooting, and support—and identify ways to make the experience easier and more seamless.
Key Responsibilities: Review and improve the end-to-end customer journey. Identify customer pain points, friction, and usability issues. Focus on ease of installation, ease of use, onboarding, and troubleshooting. Conduct UX/usability and customer experience reviews. Create customer journey maps and recommend improvements. Work with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction. Use customer feedback and metrics to measure improvements.
Ideal Candidate: Experience in Program Management, Customer Experience, UX, Product Experience, or Service Design. Strong understanding of customer journey, usability, UX, and experience optimization. Experience identifying customer friction points and driving improvements. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Software, SaaS, digital products, or consumer technology experience is a plus. Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually -Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
