About the role

Imperative Chemical Partners in Midland, Texas is seeking a Lab Technician to perform routine analytical testing and support the Technical Services and Operations programs, ensuring smooth daily lab operations. You will help develop and maintain the Lab Quality Assurance program, manage instrumentation calibration and maintenance (Perkin Elmer Optima 7000 DV), document throughput, train technicians, and uphold safety policies across the site.
