About the Role: As the first point of contactfor our members and guests, the Receptionist plays a vital role in setting thetone for every clubhouse experience. We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service andupholding the standards of Wicker Point Golf Club. The ideal candidate is eagerto learn, thrives in a member-focused environment, and maintains a positive, welcoming presence at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival Answer and direct incoming calls; take and relaymessages to appropriate staff in a timely manner Manage dining and event reservations Handle member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in person Manage meeting room availability and scheduling Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Assist with printing, photocopying, and generaladministrative tasks Maintain the cleanliness, organization, andprofessional appearance of the reception area Manage office inventory including stationery andsupplies Support telecommunications and security systems asneeded
Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bothwritten and verbal Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in afast-paced environment Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others Previous experience in hospitality, reception, orcustomer service preferred Basic computer proficiency required; experience withreservation or club management software is a plus.
