You will manage disputes, work with outside counsel, and advise HR and business leaders in a fast-paced energy environment. Hybrid schedule (in office Mon, Tue, Thu; remote Wed-Fri), travel up to 10%, Texas bar admission required, 4+ years of complex litigation, strong writing and analytical skills.
