Precision Pump and Valve (PPV) is seeking a Hands-on Branch Manager for the Midland, TX location to direct daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality customer service while achieving sales and productivity goals. You will partner with district and regional leadership, set performance standards, manage branch profitability, and represent PPV to customers and the community. A proven track record in branch or operations management and strong leadership is required.
