Schedule: Full-time, on-site |Compensation:$150,000.00-$160,000.00 + 10% Quarter Bonus + 12% 401kOverview An established manufacturer of reinforcement mesh and bars is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its production facility. This role oversees daily operations, drives production efficiency, maintains product quality, and fosters a safe, collaborative work environment, making it a key leadership position within the plant.
What you'll do: Oversee production of reinforcement mesh and bars, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement Lead, train, and motivate the plant team, including supervisors and production staff Establish clear goals and performance expectations for all team members Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed Promote a safe working environment for all employees Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high product standards Address customer complaints or quality issues in a timely and effective manner Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure reliability and efficiency of production assets Develop and manage the plant's operational budget Monitor expenses and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety Contribute to the development of long‑term strategies for growth and competitiveness Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to enhance production capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills Proficiency in production management software and standard office applications Preferred qualifications Experience preferably in Wire Mesh manufacturing, steel, construction materials, or related industries Compensation and benefits Salary of $150,000.00-$160,000.00 plus 10% Quarter Bonus 12% 401k match (voluntary plan) Medical coverage with a standard PPO plan, deductibles as low as $1,500 Wellness credit up to $750 Free concierge primary care Voluntary dental and vision plans Free telemedicine services Basic life, long and short term disability coverage Why this role This is an opportunity to lead a full production facility, shape team culture and performance, and contribute to long‑term strategic growth, backed by a strong compensation package including bonus and 401k match.
