The role involves batch monitoring, production support, application maintenance/enhancements, client coordination, and offshore task management. Mandatory SkillsAS/400 / IBM i strong hands-on experience COBOL/400 development, maintenance & troubleshooting DB2/400 (DB2400) strong experience AS/400 Batch Monitoring & Support Batch failure troubleshooting and resolution Application maintenance & enhancements Production support SLA adherence and work tracking Offshore team/task management Client interaction and coordination 8 10 years of relevant experienceKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor and troubleshoot AS/400 batch jobs. Perform application maintenance and enhancements. Resolve production issues and batch failures. Manage work tracking and SLA compliance. Coordinate offshore tasks and communicate with clients.
