About the role

The McRae Housing Authority in Georgia is seeking an experienced Housing Manager to oversee public housing operations at two sites. Candidates should have at least two years of Public Housing or property management experience, plus HUD program familiarity and relevant certifications. Certification in rent calculation and EIV is preferred; SACS software experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position within a small authority managing 66 units.
