Phoenix, AZ: Hybrid working, 3–4 days in office per weekSalary: $50,000–$60,000Start Date: FlexibleHarnham is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing US business and support the delivery of some of our most important client partnerships.This is an opportunity for someone with recruitment coordination experience who enjoys keeping busy hiring processes organized, moving quickly, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.You’ll work closely with senior leaders across our US business, supporting multiple recruitment projects and becoming an important part of how we deliver our growing embedded recruitment offering.About HarnhamHarnham is a global specialist in Data & AI recruitment, with nearly two decades of experience supporting organizations across some of the most advanced and fast-growing areas of technology.Our US business continues to grow, including the expansion of our embedded recruitment model, where we work as an extension of our clients' internal hiring teams and support them throughout the recruitment process.As this area grows, we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who can help us maintain the speed, organization, and level of service our clients expect.The Role – Recruiting CoordinatorYour primary focus will be supporting our embedded client projects, coordinating recruitment activity across multiple accounts and ensuring candidates and hiring teams move smoothly through each stage of the process.You will:Coordinate a high volume of interviews across candidates, clients, and internal recruitment teams.Manage candidate communication, interview confirmations, preparation materials, reminders, and follow-ups.Work across multiple client accounts, becoming familiar with their teams, roles, hiring processes, and priorities.Communicate directly with hiring managers and other client stakeholders to arrange interviews and gather availability.Track interviews, submissions, feedback, and next steps across multiple active searches.Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within our ATS and client systems.Support candidate submissions and ensure information is delivered accurately and on time.Join client intake and recruitment calls where appropriate, taking notes and helping capture key actions.Proactively identify outstanding feedback, scheduling issues, or actions that could slow down a hiring process.Produce recruitment activity and pipeline reports for active client projects.Support additional recruitment administration, including applications, LinkedIn responses, screening coordination, and interview preparation documents.This is a hands-on coordination role, and while we use technology to support our recruitment processes, you’ll need to be comfortable managing scheduling and communication directly rather than relying entirely on automated tools.Why Join Harnham?Client Exposure: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams across leading Data & AI organizations.Growing Area of the Business: Join as we continue to expand our embedded recruitment offering across the US.Career Progression: As you develop, there will be opportunities to take on broader recruitment responsibilities and progress into areas such as sourcing or more client-focused roles.Ownership: Take responsibility for important recruitment processes rather than operating as purely administrative support.Global Expertise: Build your career within a specialist recruitment business with nearly two decades of experience in Data & AI.Development: Learn directly from experienced recruitment leaders and gain exposure to multiple clients, hiring models, and recruitment processes.Who We’re Looking ForExperience within a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar recruitment support role.Experience working within either an internal Talent Acquisition team or recruitment agency environment.Comfortable coordinating a high volume of interviews and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to keep track of multiple priorities and deadlines.Confident written and verbal communicator who is comfortable interacting directly with candidates and clients.Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next without requiring constant direction.Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment where priorities and schedules can change quickly.Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, calendars, Slack, and other recruitment tools.Ambitious and interested in developing a longer-term career within recruitment.If you’re an organized, proactive recruitment professional who enjoys being the person that keeps everything moving, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now to join Harnham’s growing US team in Phoenix.
