General Production Associate - Assembly

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMWhat's the Job? Assemble flat Gaylord boxes into octobin containers Place assembled boxes securely onto pallets Build and attach box lids Insert liners and pads into boxes as instructed Lift, move, and handle cardboard materials weighing approximately 40–50 lbs What's Needed? Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Endurance to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods Attention to safety procedures and proper lifting techniques Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to work in a team environment What's in it for me?
