What You’ll Be Doing:
Own a complex executive calendar, priorities, and follow-through Coordinate domestic/international travel and detailed itineraries Prepare meetings, presentations, reports, and executive materials Manage expenses, invoices, confidential information, and key metrics Coordinate events, visitors, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives Proactively streamline administrative systems and remove low-value work
About You:
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred Exceptional discretion, judgment, accountability, and communication Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus Strong problem-solving and data-tracking capabilities Comfortable supporting a fast-paced executive on-site and after hours as needed
