About the role
Leading strategic customer relationships in the UK financial services sector, the full-time Strategic Engagement Director will guide enterprise-wide data security programs, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful program delivery and value realization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Act as the executive-facing leader for Cyera's engagement with a major UK financial services institution
Own the overall success of the customer's Cyera program and strategic roadmap, orchestrating all involved teams
Ensure customers achieve measurable business and security outcomes, identifying opportunities for program expansion
Required qualifications
Significant experience leading enterprise security, data, risk, transformation, or technology programs within large regulated organizations
Strong understanding of Data Security, DSPM, Data Governance, or related disciplines
Experience working with executive stakeholders in complex enterprise environments, ideally within financial services
Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs and coordinate multiple teams toward shared outcomes
