About the role

Prince William County is seeking an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney to manage a diverse caseload. This position offers trial experience with a mentorship program and continuing legal education support. The successful candidate will advocate for the community’s best interest and actively engage with law enforcement and citizens. Additional responsibilities include serving as Duty Attorney and participating in relevant training. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
