About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its dynamic and inclusive campus community. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic vision, mission, and long-term sustainability, as well as overseeing a $3.6M annual budget. Key responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing staff team, partnering with the Director of Development on fundraising strategies, and championing an environment that is safe, inclusive, and welcoming for a large and diverse student body. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and stewarding strategic partnerships with university leadership, faculty, and regional community partners, and navigating complex campus challenges with integrity. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' professional experience, with a preference for those with a background in nonprofit, higher education, or other Jewish communal settings. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fundraising, fiscal management, and organizational operations, as well as a nuanced understanding of Jewish identity, pluralism, and the ability to address issues related to Israel and antisemitism on campus. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, relationship-building, and public advocacy skills, and a passion for empowering college-aged adults and cultivating the next generation of Jewish leaders.
