Position Overview:
We’re hiring Industrial Assemblers to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assembling mechanical and/or electrical components using hand and power tools while following work instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and components based on blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow safety procedures and company policies Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions Experience with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice to Have:
