About the role
We are a full-service advertising agency with over 30 years in the market. Here are the tasks for an Account Executive at Imagen:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, building strong, trusted relationships
Manage creative across all media, including TV, OOH, direct mail, email, and digital (SEM, social content and ads, display banners, and video), from brief to launch
Write clear creative briefs covering objectives, audience, brand tone, required elements, budget, and go-live dates
Contribute ideas and give strong, constructive feedback to creative and media teams to make the work better and get better results
Contribute to content creation and production
Research client industries and competitors to bring forward ideas and opportunities
Prepare client presentations
Manage multiple projects at once, keeping timelines on track and holding teams accountable for deliverables
Proof and route all creative through client, legal, and compliance approvals before it goes live
Use AI tools to work faster and raise the quality of research, briefs, copy ideas, presentations, and reporting
Prepare estimates and manage billing, working with the Account Supervisor to keep invoicing accurate and on time
Keep clients and internal teams updated on progress, challenges, and next steps
Requirements:
3+ years as an Account Executive at an agency or in a similar client-facing marketing role
Experience managing creative across traditional and digital media, including TV, OOH, direct mail, email, paid search, social, display, and video
Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft office tools
A good eye for creative and the confidence to share ideas and feedback
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle deadlines and pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication with people at all levels
Experience in preparing decks and presentations
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
