About the Role: Private Advisor Group is seeking a full-time Sales Enablement Specialist to be located in office in our Morristown, NJ or Rock Hill, SC headquarters. The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in equipping our growth & engagement and business development teams with the necessary tools and resources they need to optimize their pipelines and drive growth. This role collaborates with our Marketing team to build the content, dashboards, and campaigns that support every territory's recruiting and growth efforts and manages relationships with our preferred sponsors. You'll report directly to our Chief Client Officer and partner closely with our three Territory Managers, our Growth & Engagement Consultants, and our Business Development Consultants.
Responsibilities: Build content that wins: Partner with our Marketing team to build and maintain the recruiting decks, advisor growth playbooks, competitive positioning, and case studies our territories use every day, keeping content current and consistent across West, Central, and East territories. Surface the data: Build and maintain the Salesforce reports and dashboards that track our recruiting pipeline and organic growth, surfacing the data and providing actionable insights to leadership and growth teams. KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to advisor growth, engagement, retention, productivity and solution adoption. Support sales campaigns: Partner with our Marketing team to design and run campaigns, referral pushes, and in-market events that support both new advisor recruiting and organic growth of advisors already on our platform. Support sponsor relations: Maintain our existing sponsor relationships and assist in evaluating new ones, coordinating sponsor-funded events and content so sponsor activity supports our recruiting and growth goals rather than running separately from them. Partner across the firm: Work closely with our three Territory Managers and their teams to understand the territory needs and pivot as needed. Measure results: Measure effectiveness of enablement initiatives through analytics and feedback; recommend enhancements to refine enablement strategies based on performance results.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of marketing, sales operations, or sales enablement experience, ideally within an RIA, broker-dealer, or comparable advisor-services platform. Comfortable working with Salesforce, translating data into something a territory can act on. Strong project management skills juggling multiple priorities and deadlines at once while staying organized under pressure and keeping everything on track.
Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 – 120,000 depending on experience with the opportunity for an annual bonus based on performance. Work Location and hours: This is a full-time in-person position located in Morristown, NJ or Rock Hill, SC.
