The Dow Chemical Company is seeking an OTEC Turnaround Director to oversee global mega turnaround programs from the U.S. Gulf Coast, with responsibility for safe, cost-effective execution and implementing turnaround best practices across geographies. This leadership role requires strong people management, financial acumen, and cross-functional coordination with EHS, procurement, and site leadership.
