About the role
Job Description:
A Tire Technician plays a vital role in maintaining vehicle safety and performance by expertly handling tire installation, repairs, and wheel balancing. Working primarily with a range of vehicle types—including passenger cars, light trucks, and heavy-duty trucks—the technician contributes individually within a small team environment to ensure optimal tire condition and vehicle readiness.
Responsibilities:
Install tires on various vehicle types, ensuring correct fit and safety standards Perform tire repairs to extend tire life and maintain vehicle integrity Balance wheels for smooth and safe vehicle operation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tire mounting and dismounting techniques Proficiency in wheel balancing methodologies Knowledgeable in diverse tire repair techniques Skilled in the use of pneumatic tools relevant to tire servicing Strong time management skills to maximize productivity High attention to detail to ensure quality and safety
