Job Description
Summary: Zimmer Communications is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to oversee advertising operations from our Jefferson City office. The Traffic Coordinator's primary responsibilities will be coordinating between the Sales, Creative Services and Programming Departments to organize the content for daily radio broadcast program logs, and generating various sales reports.
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing operations in an administrative setting
  • Detail oriented with the ability to analyze a variety of report metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Expectations/Duties:
  • Generate traffic reports on a weekly and monthly basis to verify advertising operations and manage life cycle of advertising campaigns
  • Enter broadcast schedules and schedule commercial copy for radio advertising, as well as creating streaming campaigns
  • Generate revenue reports to communicate sales activity with leadership and sales team
  • Reconcile activity logs for both on air and streaming advertising campaigns
  • Greet incoming guests, providing excellent guest experience for all visitors
  • Maintain full inventory of office supplies for Jefferson City office, placing bulk orders as needed
