Job Overview Well-established law firm with a strong presence in construction, real estate, and commercial matters is looking to add a mid to senior-level real estate attorney to its team. The group represents owners, developers, contractors, and businesses across both transactional and dispute-related matters, handling complex, high‑value work. Responsibilities Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Draft and negotiate key deal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and related contracts Support and manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, and risk analysis Advise clients across real estate and related commercial matters, often tied to construction or development projects Work directly with clients, including developers, contractors, and business owners, to move transactions forward Collaborate with litigation and construction teams when matters overlap with disputes or project‑related issues Qualifications 5+ years of experience focused on commercial real estate transactions Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle deals independently Experience working with clients in real estate development, construction, or commercial business environments Comfortable managing multiple active matters and timelines Practical, business‑minded approach to problem solving Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state Team & Culture Tight‑knit, collaborative group with exposure across real estate, construction, and commercial matters. Known for being highly responsive and hands‑on with clients, and for providing broader business counsel beyond just real estate transactions.
