Overview
Jiu-Jitsu Program Director – Gracie Barra Scottsdale, AZ
The Program Director will lead curriculum development, class scheduling, instructor coordination, and program growth at our GB Scottsdale location.
Responsibilities
Recruit, enroll, and maintain relationships with new students and parents.
Answer phone, email, and social media inquiries; manage appointments.
Oversee inventory management and sales of products in the pro shop.
Collaborate with instructors and the marketing department to develop communication strategies and keep students informed.
Plan and execute new student enrollment procedures.
Maintain accurate data in the club management system.
Prepare attendance cards and regular reports for the supervisor.
Address student complaints, cancellations, and delinquent accounts.
Support the billing department with delinquent and seasonal student strategies.
Assist head instructors with scheduling and calendar updates.
Present the program to prospective students and conduct introductory lessons.
Ensure smooth operations for walk‑in prospects and maintain prompt phone response during business hours.

Ability to relate to children and communicate effectively with members, staff, and leadership

Public speaking and team leadership abilities
Experience attracting, maintaining, and motivating quality staff and volunteer leadership
Tasks and Processes: Extensive experience managing student enrollment, communication strategy development, data accuracy, scheduling, and reporting as detailed above.
