Croda is seeking an experienced Lead Safety, Health & Environmental Excellence leader for the Atlas Point site in New Castle, DE. This on-site role oversees all environmental, occupational safety, and process-safety activities, reporting to the Site Director and serving on the Site Leadership Team. You will drive strategy, regulatory compliance, and EHS performance while embedding SHE principles into every operation. This is a premier leadership position at a critical manufacturing site.
