About the role

CSR LeadThe CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff.To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Perform janitorial dutiesPerform all duties listed on the daily scheduleProvide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial SupervisorAssist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as neededOperate motorized cleaning equipmentTrack equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairsSchedule clean up and repairs as neededMaintain daily upkeep of assigned areaTrack and maintain supplies inventoryAssist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipmentPerform quality, service, and safety inspectionsReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisorReport employee personnel and customer issues to supervisorMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and suppliesCorrect at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediatelyProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvementTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 2 years related experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification. May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with teamKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipmentKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient useThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
