About the role

Senior Account Manager — GTM Talent (Linked In)GTM Talent is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, national senior living services company. Chicago, IL (Hybrid) | $105,000-$115,000 Selling a home is one of the most overwhelming things a senior will ever do — and it's often the single biggest thing standing between them and their next chapter. Our client solves that problem, partnering with senior living communities nationwide to guide future residents through downsizing, home sale prep, and every logistical headache in between. This is a relationship-driven account management role, not a hard-sell job. You'll manage a portfolio of ~40-50 senior living communities nationwide, building real trust with sales counselors and leadership so they consistently refer prospective residents into the program. Success here comes from credibility and follow-through, not pressure.
What you'll do: Build and maintain relationships with community sales counselors, executive directors, and regional leadership across your portfolio Drive program utilization through virtual education sessions and occasional in-person trainings/presentations Keep every account warm with personalized outreach and disciplined CRM tracking (Salesforce)Travel periodically (~2 days/month) for on-site relationship building Who thrives here: Real estate agents ready to trade the commission grind for stable income + uncapped upside — especially those with senior/downsizing transaction experience. Relationship-driven B2B sellers in recurring-referral businesses (title & escrow, mortgage, relocation). Senior living-adjacent professionals (community relations, discharge planning) looking for a bigger platform. 5+ years in B2B account management, partner success, or equivalent experience.
What's in it for you: Competitive compensation: $105,000-$115,000 No cold calling — you build on warm relationships that already value what you bring, not a cold list Real autonomy — you own your book and are measured on outcomes, not activity Direct access to leadership at a growing company Medical (including an HSA option), dental, and vision coverage Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability at no cost to youEAP, flexible spending accounts, and transit/parking benefits Apply here on Linked InGTM Talent and its clients are equal opportunity employers and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
