About the role

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator / Set-Up to join our team. CNC lathe setup experience is very important and required for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
  • Load and unload materials and tooling
  • Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and make necessary machine adjustments
  • Maintain quality and production standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Previous CNC Lathe Set-Up and Operator experience — REQUIREDAbility to read and understand blueprints
  • Experience with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Ability to make machine offsets and adjustments
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Manufacturing/machining experience preferred
