About the role
A leading manufacturer in the building materials industry is seeking a Maintenance Manager in the Houghton, Michigan area.
Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required for this role.10 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this role.5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience improving plant equipment reliability. Experience managing mechanical and electrical technicians responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance. Maintenance leadership experience in a union environment is a plus, not a requirement for this role. Relocation assistance is provided for this role**
