About the role
【Key Responsibilities】1. Local Creator & Photographer Partnerships Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with U.S.-based photographers/videographers and content creators on You Tube/ Instagram/Tik Tok. Support product seeding, creator outreach, product testing, review collaborations, event invitations, and long-term partnership development. Help identify high-value creators who can support product launches, brand campaigns, content creation, workshops, and dealer events.2. U.S. Sales Channel & Dealer Resource Development Identify and connect with local camera stores, specialty retailers, photography equipment dealers, creator gear stores, and regional distributors. Support the development of local sales channel opportunities by connecting with potential dealers, resellers, distributors, and retail partners. Support channel marketing initiatives, including demo days, product training, local campaigns, and retail event collaborations. Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align local channel needs with marketing resources, product information, and promotional materials.3. Local Market Research & Industry Insights Monitor U.S. photography, videography, camera accessories, creator gear, outdoor, travel, EDC market trends, and main competitors. Provide regular trend insights on local creator trends, dealer feedback, user needs, product opportunities, and pricing sensitivity. Identify local photography events, trade shows, workshops, creator communities, and industry networking opportunities that can participate in.【Qualifications】1. Based in the United States, with strong familiarity with the U.S. photography, videography, camera accessories, or creator gear market.2. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, channel development, creator relations, photography industry marketing, or related fields.3. Strong existing network or proven ability to build relationships with photographers, videographers, content creators, camera stores, dealers, distributors, photography communities, or industry organizations; solid understanding of the U.S. photography and camera accessories industry, including key brands, retail channels, creator communities, and industry events.4. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Ability to independently identify partnership opportunities, initiate outreach, follow up, and convert resources into real collaboration opportunities.5. Experience supporting offline events, workshops, dealer activities, trade shows, or local brand activations; highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a remote global team.
