About the role

Fed Ex Logistics is seeking a Customer Service/Administrative Associate to join our station. You will provide accurate information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and help promote the company’s services. You will perform administrative tasks to support efficient station operations and handle other duties as assigned. Schedule includes M-Th 4pm-10pm and Sat 6am-12pm, with Fed Ex as an Equal Opportunity Employer and accommodations available upon request.
