Retail Sales Associate Calling all foodies & tea lovers looking for some fun (and tasty) work in a fast-paced environment! Do you love bold flavors, loose-leaf teas, and gourmet blends? We are looking for warm, energetic, guest-focused team members who are excited to build something special together.
What You'll Do: Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm Engage guests by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized recommendations Become knowledgeable in our handcrafted spice blends, teas, oils, and gourmet products Help build beautiful merchandising displays in a brand-new store environment Assist with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system Work collaboratively to establish strong team culture and high service standards from day one
What We're Looking For: A passion for food, flavor, and hospitality Strong communication skills and a confident, positive presenceA team player who is coachable, dependable, and eager to grow Comfort using basic technology and point-of-sale systems Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Comfort working in a highly aromatic environment Why Join Our Team?
