Inspire is seeking an Operations Strategy & Performance Management leader to translate Arby’s Operations Strategy into a focused portfolio of initiatives with clear accountabilities and milestones. You will own the performance fact base, develop KPIs, scorecards, and actionable insights, and partner with Finance and Analytics to drive decision-support tools and evidence-based actions across Franchise Operations and Restaurant Experience.
