About the role
Warehouse Assistant Assisting with all warehouse policies and procedures. Researching invoice errors, lost product, and storage errors. Maintaining a clean DC and reporting any damage to machines and or facility. Research and maintain an accurate inventory count in storage locations Account for supplies and tools needed for DC operations Track employee errors and report to management Research and report NILs and MBLs to inventory for corrections Update warehouse damage report with any new findings Assist with inbound Fedex, UPS, Amazon shipments. Tagging and receiving when they are inventoried items Assist and report any machines that need repair Run and work various reports that affect efficient flow throughout DCLoading and unloading trucks (when needed) This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as Hi-Lo's, Tuggers, Scanners, Hand-trucks, etc. Dress according to weather. Safety toe footwear required. The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bending Basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products Certified on all warehouse machines Communication skills Ability to complete tasks to meet daily deadlines This is a full-time position, set scheduled working PM based on the needs of the business.
