HVAC Manufacturing Engineering Manager Tecspec / SRS Enterprises | Roselle Park, NJ | Full-TimeJoin us at the forefront of HVAC innovation, designing and manufacturing cutting-edge equipment for data centers, high-rise buildings, and some of the most ambitious construction projects in the country. We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our equipment manufacturing facility, oversee product design and production, and provide senior-level technical leadership to our HVAC service department.
Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Design: Design and develop HVAC equipment using SolidWorks, AutoCAD 3D, or similar CAD software. Manufacturing Operations: Manage production, fabrication, assembly, quality control, and factory workflow. Team Leadership: Supervise manufacturing personnel, improve productivity, and maintain safety standards. Service Management: Partner with the service coordinator and lead technician to resolve complex HVAC service issues, technical escalations, and operational challenges. Process Improvement: Streamline manufacturing and service operations, improve product quality, and support growth.
Qualifications: Experience in HVAC equipment manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or industrial production. Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, mechanical design, and fabrication drawings. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment. Experience managing production teams, technicians, or manufacturing operations. Strong technical troubleshooting, leadership, and project management skills.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on engineering and manufacturing leader who can design equipment, manage a factory, and solve complex technical challenges across manufacturing and field service.
