About the Role:
Miller Landscape & Outdoor Living is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Landscape & Bed Maintenance technician to join our growing team in Orion, MI. If you love working outdoors, take pride in keeping properties looking their best, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
Maintain and clean up garden beds, including weeding, mulching, and planting
Prune and shape shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants to maintain appearance
Apply mulch, soil, and ground cover materials to landscape beds
Remove debris, leaves, and clippings to keep properties clean and polished
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
Communicate with crew leaders and clients to ensure quality results
Requirements:
Prior experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of plants, shrubs, and general horticulture practices is a plus
Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers
Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
Able to lift 30 - 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Valid driver's license
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
