About the role

The VibeWe're looking for a growth-minded intern who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and creativity. This isn't a "shadow and observe" role — you'll be plugged into real growth initiatives, from building out product infrastructure to running creator campaigns, all the way to hosting live events. You'll report to the Growth team and touch everything from attribution models to activation videos. What You'll DoProduct & Growth Support: Assist in product-building efforts — logging issues, writing specs, tracking iterations — and support growth experiments across user acquisition and retention funnels.Growth Attribution: Help track, analyze, and report on attribution data to understand what's driving growth. Dig into the numbers and come back with a story.Campaign & Creator Operations: Coordinate day-to-day operations for campaigns and KOL/creator partnerships — from outreach and briefing to content review and performance tracking.Event Hosting: Show up (literally) — host or co-host live marketing events and activations with energy and professionalism.Video & Creative Production: Concept and create short-form video content that supports growth campaigns — whether that's a product explainer, a creator collab clip, or a recap reel. What We're Looking ForData Curiosity: You're comfortable in a spreadsheet and love asking "why did this number move?"Organized Operator: You can juggle multiple workstreams — product tickets, campaign timelines, and creator check-ins — without dropping the ball.On-Camera Confidence: You're natural in front of a camera and don't need 10 takes to get a good shot. Hosting, presenting, and talking to lens is something you enjoy.Creative Instinct: You understand what content works and why — on rednote, on Reels, on whatever comes next.Strong Communicator: Clear in async writing, confident on-camera, and reliable in a fast-moving team environment.rednote Fluency: You're an active user who genuinely gets the platform's aesthetic, algorithm logic, and community culture.Bonus Points If You Have…Experience running or supporting social media campaigns end-to-end.Familiarity with growth tools (attribution platforms, A/B testing, basic SQL or dashboards).Video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar.Experience working with creators or managing KOL relationships.Copywriting chops — the kind that sounds human, not prompted. How to ApplyNo cover letter needed. Send us your resume + one thing that represents you — a campaign you ran, a video you made, a deck you built, or a rednote post you're proud of.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
