Compensation: $115,000-$135,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Project Allowances
We are seeking a skilled Finish Superintendent to join Phase II of a major mixed-use residential development in Delray Beach, Florida. This high-profile project consists of multiple five-story apartment buildings with ground-floor retail space constructed above a subterranean parking garage, with final completion scheduled for 2030.The Finish Superintendent will be responsible for managing all interior and exterior finishing activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence as the project progresses toward completion.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finishing trades, including drywall, painting, flooring, millwork, doors/hardware, ceilings, and final site finishes. Coordinate subcontractors and daily field activities to maintain project milestones. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications. Manage punch lists, owner turnovers, and certificate of occupancy requirements. Work closely with the Project Manager and field team to resolve issues and maintain schedule commitments. Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
Qualifications: 5+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on interior finishes for multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of finish sequencing, quality control, and turnover processes. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in an active construction environment. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
