Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis to evaluate business performance, operational trends, and key metrics Track and report on operational and customer activity metrics, including sales performance, intake volume, and customer engagement Provide operational support for client programs, internal initiatives, and CRM management Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams Support ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as needed Build and maintain revenue forecasts and business models Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting and long-term planning Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment on forecasts and business projections
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 0 to 1 years of professional work experience Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills required Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus Proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, ArcGIS, or similar analytical tools is highly desirable, though intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn are equally valued Advanced Excel and Power Point skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, are required Collaborative, team-oriented, and professional approach Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys developing innovative solutions to complex challenges Comfortable operating in dynamic and evolving environments with strategic direction and autonomy Values exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to deliver data-driven insights that directly impact business performance Final offers take into account experience, education, training, and other business and market factors. Candidates with broader or more specialized experience may be considered at a different level, which may impact the compensation package offered.
