About the role

Job Summary Micron Technology is seeking an HBM Design Architect to contribute to advanced HBM solutions that drive performance for AI, ML, and high‑performance computing. The role focuses on designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for next‑generation HBM products, working closely with architecture and design teams to evaluate functionality, optimize performance, and explore new memory architectures. Responsibilities Design and analyze digital and analog DRAM circuits, including simulation, optimization, and floor‑planning. Evaluate full‑chip or block‑level functionality and develop solutions to ensure functional correctness. Analyze timing, power, area, and complexity trade‑offs in high‑speed DRAM or mixed‑signal designs. Perform architectural pathfinding and feasibility analysis for future HBM products. Contribute to the design and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of relevant engineering experience. Strong knowledge of CMOS circuit design and semiconductor device physics. Experience with schematic entry and circuit simulation using FineSim and/or HSPICE. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience with advanced DRAM architectures such as 3D DRAM. Background in high‑speed clocking, interfaces, or power delivery optimization. Experience in mixed‑signal or custom circuit design. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across design and verification teams. Salary US base salary range: $146,000.00 – $297,000.00 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity. Benefits Micron offers medical, dental, and vision plans, income protection, paid family leave, robust paid time‑off, and paid holidays. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
