About the role

Redesign Health, in partnership with Cedars-Sinai, seeks a New Ventures Associate to identify venture-backable opportunities in healthcare and build investment theses. You will analyze landscapes, develop competitive insights, and work with founders and clinicians to translate opportunities into scalable ventures. Based in Los Angeles, the role requires 1–3 years in investing or research and a bachelor’s degree. You will collaborate across teams to drive viable ventures from idea to execution.
