About the role
Managing all aspects of assigned projects remotely, the full-time Registry Operations Manager will oversee operations for over 500 cases per year, ensuring project goals are met while coordinating abstracting activities and monitoring productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates all abstracting and operations activities in accordance with state registry requirements for assigned projects
Monitors project priorities, deadlines, and productivity to ensure goals and expectations are met
Reviews billing, case logs, and productivity reports for assigned projects
Required Qualifications:
Oncology Data Specialist (ODS-C) certification
At least three years of registry abstracting experience and familiarity with cancer registry industry reference manuals
Proficient in Google products, MS Office, and industry-related cancer registry software systems
Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization and time management
At least one year of registry management or health-related management experience in a team-oriented workplace (preferred)
