Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 5:30 PMCompensation Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. We are looking for someone motivated by goals, commissions, and the opportunity to grow with the company. This is a family business, no competing sales person M-F.
What You'll Do: Work directly with customers to understand their needs and help them select the right hot tub, swim spa, or related product Manage customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through closing Follow up consistently with showroom leads, phone inquiries, web leads, and prospective customers Build strong customer relationships without relying on high-pressure sales tactics Prepare quotes and confidently present pricing, financing options, upgrades, and accessories Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and profitability standards Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline Track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and closed sales Work toward individual and company sales goals Maintain strong knowledge of our products, competitors, promotions, warranties, and financing programs Keep the showroom organized, professional, and sales-ready Work closely with ownership, operations, service, and delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience Help identify opportunities to improve our sales process as the company grows
What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is: Highly motivated and competitive Goal-oriented and driven by results Confident speaking with customers and asking for the sale Personable, professional, and trustworthy Comfortable selling higher-ticket products Strong at following up and staying organized Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision Coachable and willing to learn Excited about uncapped earning potential Interested in growing into a larger leadership role as the company expands Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in high-ticket retail, automotive, home improvement, furniture, pools/spas, luxury products, or another commission-based environment, but industry experience is not required. Training Full product and sales training is provided. You do not need previous hot tub or swim spa experience.
