Work Environment: This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Clifton, New Jersey. You will join a supportive team of healthcare professionals, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to create an integrated approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy services, which includes patient evaluations, assessments, and rehabilitation protocols tailored to individual needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals, based on thorough history-taking and clinical examination. Utilize evidence-based practices and contemporary methodologies to optimize rehabilitation outcomes, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery and progression. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, attending case conferences to discuss patient care strategies and collaborate on complex cases. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic joint and muscle ailments. You will work with diverse age groups, catering to children, adults, and seniors, each requiring tailored approaches to treatment. Our goal is to help our patients regain full mobility and independence, paving the way for a better quality of life.

Qualifications: A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing physical therapy services, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience: Specialization in orthopedic physical therapy with hands-on experience in various modalities of rehabilitation. Strong clinical assessment skills, capable of diagnosing and creating suitable treatment regimens for diverse orthopedic conditions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
