About the role
We are seeking an experienced Orion Advisor Tech consultant to support research and development of AI tools by demonstrating real-world workflows within the platform. This project is designed for current, day-to-day Orion users who can clearly walk through their processes, explain why specific steps are taken, share shortcuts and best practices, and identify common user challenges. No preparation is required—the focus is on your practical, hands-on expertise. This role is part-time 8 - 10 hours a week on a contract basis.
What You’ll Do:
Demonstrate real-world workflows within the Orion Advisor Tech platform Walk through day-to-day processes in Portfolio Accounting and Advisor Portfolio Explain the reasoning behind specific workflow steps and decisions Share shortcuts, efficiencies, and best practices used in the platform Identify common mistakes, pain points, and areas where users typically encounter challenges Answer questions about how and why you use specific Orion functionality Provide practical insights to support research and development of AI tools
What We’re Looking For:
Current, hands-on user of the Orion Advisor Tech platform Strong day-to-day experience with Portfolio Accounting Strong day-to-day experience with Advisor Portfolio Ability to demonstrate actual workflows and processes clearly Strong understanding of Orion functionality, workflows, and best practices Ability to articulate why specific steps are taken and where users commonly run into issues Comfortable explaining technical processes in a clear, conversational manner
Nice to Have:
